The prices include the rent of the corresponding apartment, initial linen (will be changed after one week on request), electricity, water, heating and use of the kitchen. Towels are changed every 3 days.

– final cleaning Euro 80,00
Start of the rent usually 16.00 o’clock, end 10.00 o’clock of the departure day. Otherwise the Austrian hotel contract conditions apply.
